Forest City Valuation was founded and is fully operated by experienced, actively working appraisers with over 40 years of hands-on expertise in residential real estate valuation across Ohio. Unlike many appraisal management companies led by non-appraisers or large corporate entities, we built this company from the perspective of professionals who know the challenges and demands of the job firsthand.
